As we embark on the next phase of our journey, we’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior Manager - Business Operations to join our talented team and drive revenue growth to unknown heights.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Manager - Business Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes, streamlining sales operations, and driving scalable growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across all lines of business to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring smooth execution. We’re looking for a highly analytical and results-driven individual with more than 5 years of experience in sales or business operations who has the critical-thinking skills and flexibility to navigate the startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement the overall operational strategy, aligning it with the company's growth objectives. Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency to support rapid expansion.

2. Sales Operations: Oversee and enhance the sales operations process, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis. Provide strategic insights to optimize the sales process and improve overall revenue generation.

3. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and automation across various departments, to include sales, customer success, and marketing. You’ll streamline workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational friction.

4. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, assess the effectiveness of strategies, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll be the center node to foster strong collaboration between different teams to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving business objectives. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and data collection teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to business operations and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business operations, with a track record of success in a startup or high-growth environment. At least 7 years of military experience as an intelligence analyst is also acceptable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make data-driven decisions at the operational level while keeping strategic initiatives in mind.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, project management, and implementing scalable business solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of challenges and driving initiatives forward.
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales or business growth objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with SaaS-based products or technology startups is highly desirable, preferably in a marketplace or SaaS environment with a focus on product-led growth.
  • A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience with SQL, Airtable, Tableau or other data collection and visualization tools
  • Has had experience as an Account Executive or leadership role in a sales organization, or has had experience as a Business Operations Manager
