About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Build and lead Addi into becoming the best-run version of itself. You will help set the destination, choose the right train, and ensure it runs on time and gets promptly to its arrival city.

What you will do

  • Evaluated, up-leveled and led the execution of the Company’s Operating Model, allowing us to operate effectively, with absolute focus, and maximum speed. Specifically, has significantly improved accountability tracking infrastructure (Asana’s, etc), reduced time in meetings, and improving decision making.

  • Evaluated, up-leveled, and led the annual strategic planning process, ensuring we have clarity on our north star target, and our plan to achieve it (i.e. Annual Financial Plan & Company Roadmap). Additionally, you will have built and implemented goal-setting and goal-monitoring process - integrated within the company’s operating model.

  • Grew into a strategic thought partner to the CEO and the executive team, leading key company forums, serving as an accountability partner to our senior most leadership, and driving cross-functional collaboration when needed.

  • Designed and launched bizops team to drive key company initiatives, address major challenges, and improve our execution.

  • Led all board reporting and relationships, including board meeting planning, investor follow-ups, and any additional requirements.

    • Communicates clearly, concisely, and persuasively across all levels of the organization, fostering alignment and buy-in on key initiatives.

    • Demonstrated by effectively facilitating discussions in core forums and articulating complex information in an accessible manner.

  • Has successfully shown analytical prowess and ability to understand key business drivers in multiple industries

    • Leverages data and insights to identify key trends, surface issues, and develop effective solutions.

    • Evidenced by the ability to analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

      • Experienced with excel modeling.

How the hiring process looks like

    A conversation with Pedro Landin our current CoS to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.

  • Step 2: Initial Interview (60 min)
    A more in-depth conversation with our CEO, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.

  • Step 3: Case Study (3-5 days)
    You may receive a real-world challenge or case study to complete. This is a chance to showcase your expertise and how you approach key problems relevant to the role.

  • Step 4: References
    We will talk to a few of the folks that you have worked with. We agree on terms and start working together
