Take e2e ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, consistently delivering exceptional talent ensuring successfully close complex and senior-level requisitions.
Achieve and maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for all your assigned requisitions, demonstrating mastery of the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing and ensuring business-critical teams get the talent they need, faster without compromising the quality of hire.
Ensure your hired candidates are rated as high quality in their first 6-month review, proving a deep understanding of role requirements and a rigorous assessment process that selects for long-term success and cultural contribution.
Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to your primary hiring managers, consistently achieving high satisfaction on internal feedback by providing expert market insights, co-creating effective interview plans, and influencing decisions to ensure the best possible hire is made.
Proven experience managing end to end hiring processes with different seniorities
6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focusing on senior-level in a high-growth technology company (fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment is a strong plus).
Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions.
Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
Demonstrates a builder's mindset, proactively identifying process gaps and helping to create the solutions that will allow us to scale effectively.
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required.

A deep-seated commitment to running a flawless, efficient, and scalable recruiting process. Treats the recruiting funnel like a product, ensuring every step is optimized, data is clean, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Maintains a pristine ATS, providing error-free communications, and proactively identifying and fixing process bottlenecks before they impact candidates or hiring managers.
Strong Stakeholder Management & Influence
Is able to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers, understand their strategic needs, and guide them to make effective hiring decisions.
Has the ability to move beyond order-taking to become a true talent advisor. It involves building deep trust with hiring managers, respectfully challenging their assumptions, and guiding them toward the best long-term hiring decisions for their teams.
Outstanding Hunter Mentality & Proactive Sourcing
Solid drive to find and engage the best talent, not just the most available. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.), social recruiting, and industry networking to build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
You'll have an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition Manager. The goal is to learn more about your background, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for in your next challenge. We’ll also share more about life at Addi and answer your initial questions.
Step 2: Initial Interview (30 min)
This is a two-part conversation with the and a Peer from the TA team and our Head of People. We'll dive deep into your experience with stakeholder management, sourcing, and closing complex roles. You’ll also get a transparent, day-in-the-life perspective from a potential teammate.
Step 3: Business Case (60 min)
This is a practical, collaborative session where you’ll be presented with a real-world recruiting scenario relevant to Addi. It’s your opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and how you approach a challenging search.
Step 4: Co-Founder Interview (45 min)
The final step is a conversation with our Co-founder & CTO. This is a chance to connect directly with one of our founders and have a high-level discussion about our values, our mission, and the exceptionally high bar we set for talent at Addi.
