This internship is a part of a 10-week summer internship program opportunity. This role will be based at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.

What You’ll Do:

Archer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Airlines team at Archer. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of Airline Operations.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for project optimization
  • Leverage data insights to make thoughtful decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
  • Work to accomplish objectives strategically and efficiently
  • Communicate frequent updates to key stakeholders and Archer leaders on progress and barriers to success
  • Rotation through the major functional areas of Archer Air, specifically focused on maintenance and program management or training.

What You Need:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Operations, or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going into your Senior year
  • Must have interest or experience in maintenance-related fields
  • Ability to read and comprehend applicable FAA regulations, maintenance procedures, manuals and related documents
  • Focus on management of our principal certification projects (Part 135, 145, 142, 141, and SF Helicopters)
  • Planning for transition of certificates to Midnight Aircraft
  • Projects associated with new or evolving regulations for eVTOL aircraft such as performance based reserves or aircraft health monitoring
  • Strong commitment to safety and the ability to instill a safety culture
  • Must be able to perform well in a fast paced environment working under specific deadlines and time constraints.

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
