Position Summary:
We are looking for an Events & Partnerships Lead to lead how Archer shows up at events and activations around the world alongside some of our biggest partners.
This role will own the planning and execution of both owned and third-party events, working closely with teammates across marketing, commercial, design to bring them to life creatively and efficiently. From the very first planning docs, to the final execution of our physical assets, this person will be responsible for the entire event management process.
Beyond events, this role will also include management of some of our key marketing partnerships around the world, including customers, airline partners and more.
The ideal candidate is someone with meticulous attention to detail, capable of taking a broad brief and honing it into something great that resonates with our partners and followers.
This role is based in-person at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, CA. Frequent national and international travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, including owned activations, conferences, partner events and more
- Own logistics, budgets, vendors, staffing plans, and run-of-show execution across Archer-led and third-party events.
- Work closely with some of our biggest partners (customers, government entities, and more) to creatively activate in a way that supports Archer’s global corporate and product storytelling
- Lean in creatively with our design team, but maintain a strict focus on cost and timelines, to ensure the final product is not only beautiful, but on-time and on-budget
- Manage marketing agencies and third party companies we work with to support Archer events
- Collaborate with design, content, comms, commercial and executive teams to develop compelling event narratives and integrated campaigns
- Track performance, gather feedback and report on what worked, and what didn’t, to continue improving our event experience
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in events or experiential marketing at a high-growth technology company
- Evidence of exceptional ability to successfully plan, manage and execute high-visibility marketing events and activations
- Proven ability to manage events and experiential activations from start to finish, on-time and on-budget
- Impressive attention to detail, confidence under pressure and ability to thrive within high levels of ambiguity
- Executive-ready communication and presence
- Experience in aerospace, transportation or consumer technology is a plus

For this position we are targeting a base pay between $108,480 - $135,600, Paid by the marketing partner and not by Archer Aviation.
