Who You Are:You’re a Level 1 or 2 Rope Access Technician (SPRAT preferred) looking to take your career to the next level with innovative tools and technology. You enjoy hands-on work in challenging environments and take pride in doing things the right way—safely, efficiently, and professionally.
In this role, you’ll use your rope access expertise to support robotic inspections at critical infrastructure sites. You’ll be a key part of our growing field operations team, supporting equipment installation, onsite data collection, and customer communication.

What You'll Be Responsible For:- Field Work: Assist with robotic inspections using rope access, scaffolding, lifts, and other access methods.
- Technology Operation: Learn and operate robotic NDT systems to collect high-quality inspection data.
- Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with coworkers and interface directly with clients in the field.
- Safety: Follow strict safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment for everyone on site.
- Documentation: Record inspection findings accurately and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Travel: Be prepared for project-based travel throughout the U.S. based on customer demand.
Required:
- Level 1 or 2 Rope Access Certification (SPRAT preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Strong work ethic and field reliability
- Desire to learn and grow with new technologies
- Commitment to safety, communication, and quality work
Preferred:
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (especially PEC, RT, UT)
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, inspection, or energy sectors
- ASNT Level II certifications (e.g., UT, RT, VT, MFL)
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience
- Physically fit: Able to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding conditions
- Leadership potential and mentoring mindset
