ARIX is seeking its first senior marketing leader to build and lead the company’s global marketing function. This is a foundational role with direct influence over company strategy, market positioning, and growth.
The Director of Marketing will define how ARIX is positioned globally, educate buyers across long and complex sales cycles, generate enterprise sales opportunities, and build a community of enthusiastic customer champions. This role will also shape and scale ARIX’s land-and-expand marketing model, supporting initial adoption at the operational site level and expansion into enterprise and corporate organizations over time.
Key Objectives

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute ARIX’s global marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for site-level, technical, and corporate buyers
- Serve as the senior marketing leader partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement tied to pipeline, expansion, and revenue
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
- Own global demand generation and pipeline creation across industrial and enterprise accounts
- Design marketing programs that support initial site-level adoption and enterprise expansion
- Partner closely with Sales on ICP definition, account-based strategies, and opportunity generation
- Develop sales enablement materials supporting long, consultative buying cycles
Buyer Education & Thought Leadership
- Lead content strategy educating buyers across the full journey
- Position ARIX as a trusted expert through thought leadership, technical content, and industry presence
- Own webinars, white papers, case studies, and participation in key global industry events
Customer Marketing & Community
- Build a customer advocacy and reference program within top-tier oil, gas, and petrochemical companies
- Turn early adopters into visible champions at both site and corporate levels
- Develop customer stories that demonstrate operational impact and enterprise value
- Support retention, expansion, and upsell through targeted marketing initiatives
Brand & Corporate Marketing
- Own and evolve the ARIX brand globally
- Oversee digital presence, website, marketing automation, and PR as appropriate
- Ensure consistent, credible messaging across all channels and regions
Team Building & Operations
- Build the marketing function from the ground up
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance global marketing team over time
- Manage agencies, contractors, and marketing partners
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility
- Proven success marketing complex, technical solutions to large, global industrial companies
- Experience supporting land-and-expand or enterprise expansion models strongly preferred
- Background in oil, gas, petrochemical, energy, or heavy industrial markets highly desirable
- Experience as an early or first marketing hire in a scaling company preferred
