We are looking for a Campaign Production Coordinator to join our growing Brand Partnerships team in bringing our best-in-class advertising campaigns to life.  This remote position will be on a contract-basis for a 6-month period with the option to extend. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Post Sale Production Team in producing compelling and effective branded content campaigns across a multitude of formats.  You will support campaign execution and the production of video, audio, experiential, written, and social media deliverables.  The ideal candidate will have an understanding of project management,  production management, and content production.  You are a proactive go-getter that will put forth an enthusiastic, positive, solution-based effort to support various projects and productions in a busy, dynamic, fast, creative, and evolving environment.  You must thrive in the details of projects and be an organized thinker; able to multitask across various tasks and deadlines at once. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the Post Sale Production team in the management and coordination of campaign content production
  • Assist the Post Sale production team with administrational and operational tasks
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments in regards to campaign and product execution including Pre-Sale Marketing, Sales, Product, Media, Ad Ops, Entertainment, Editorial, and Audience teams
  • Interface in a timely and professional manner with agencies and clients as needed regarding aspects of campaign execution
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental production documents, spreadsheets, calendars, folders, templates, contact lists, and creative specification sheets
  • Schedule departmental, team, campaign, and client meetings, and assist with meeting recaps and task management of action-items
  • Support Production team and internal stakeholders in task management of campaign-related milestones.  Assist in the maintenance and adjustments of campaign timelines to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of campaign deliverables and milestone completion.
  • Oversee the build of editorial content within the Atlas Obscura CMS and uploading of files to client DAM
  • Organize campaign assets in production folders and the documentations of content launch dates and screenshots
  • Assist with production logistics including the sourcing of and outreach to production vendors and contractors, onboarding, initiation of production and vendor contracts, location clearances, permit filing, releasing, issuing COIs, and other business requirements
  • Assist with departmental financial tasks including payroll onboarding, payroll processing, invoice processing, expense and p-card reconciliation, cost tracking, cost reporting, and campaign billing
  • Assist with social media scheduling, asset management, and the documentation of social posts
  • Assist in the creation of campaign wrap reports
  • Provide on-site support during physical production as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the digital media or advertising production realm.  Experience in a project management or operational role is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation and self-direction with a strong ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Detailed and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
  • Displays an understanding of production basics across a broad range of content types and products
  • Familiar with production logistics including vendor onboarding, location and subject outreach, permitting, releasing, licensing, scheduling, and insurance
  • Familiar with production financials including budgeting, cost tracking, cost reporting, expense reporting, invoice processing, payroll onboarding, timecard processing, and billing
  • Must be computer-savvy with skills in G-Suite and a familiarity with Airtable, Asana, and other project management software 
  • Prior experience with content management systems, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and social media platforms is a plus
