Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who is excited to improve healthcare with clinical AI. As a PMM at Avo, you will work closely with our GTM and Product teams to successfully launch new products, new partnerships, and effectively enable our sales team. You will also conduct market research and deeply understand the needs of our customers to inform our product roadmap. You will be laser focused on data and guiding strategic ROI discussions for Avo’s products. Written and verbal communication is an essential skillset for this role, as you will also help with strategic content creation and customer facing marketing.

What We’re Looking For In This Role
- At least 3 years of product marketing or strategy consulting experience in healthcare or B2B SAAS.
- You are excited about marketing and enjoy being creative, strategic, and simplifying complex concepts.

Your day-to-day
- Bring new products, features, and partnerships to market: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to price, package, and promote new solutions.
- Develop differentiated messaging and assess ROI: Ensure unique messaging that resonates with audience segments and determine compelling ROI metrics for new and existing products.
- Build sales enablement kits: Arm our go-to-market team with compelling content such as presentations, talking points, and collateral.
- Partner with internal teams: Develop trusting relationships across product, deployment, sales, and engineering teams
- Translate market feedback and roadmap: Help identify market trends, ROI levers, build the “voice of the customer”, and translate our customer roadmap into external materials and presentations.
