To take things to the next level, we’re looking for a structured, curious, and execution-obsessed Head of Growth to drive performance marketing, one of our most important growth engines. Reporting directly to the CEO with responsibility for strategy, execution, budget, and team. You will play a critical role in taking the business from efficient growth to scaled and profitable expansion.
The leadership team is hands-on, commercially sharp, and moves fast. There is very little red tape, real autonomy, and a clear mandate: hit efficiency targets, then scale aggressively.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and lead the company's performance marketing strategy across paid social, search and emerging channels, with paid social as the primary growth lever. Manage substantial monthly budgets with full accountability for where spend is invested, scaled or paused. Lead agency relationships and evaluate opportunities to bring channels in-house.
Build and develop a growing performance team, fostering a culture of speed, experimentation and accountability while staying hands-on where needed. Partner with the creative strategist lead to build scalable creative systems and structured testing frameworks that convert insights into action. Serve as the senior performance voice to founders and leadership, translating complex data into clear commercial decisions.
