Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to introduce automation and robotics into traditional infrastructure industries across the Middle East and Europe.
As an Account Executive (EMEA), you will lead business development and sales efforts across the region, working directly with EPCs, solar developers, civil contractors, and surveying firms. From discovery calls with superintendents and field engineers to closing contracts with project and operations leaders, you’ll play a key role in expanding Civ Robotics’ international footprint.
This is a remote, full-time role based in Israel, with significant regional travel.

Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline Management

Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Use CRM tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and accurately forecast regional revenue.

Territory Development

Build and execute a strategic territory plan across EMEA. Identify target accounts, develop outbound strategies, and establish presence in priority markets.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify and engage potential customers through outbound campaigns, industry events, networking, and regional partnerships.

Product Demonstrations

Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of Civ Robotics technology across the region. Translate technical capabilities into clear jobsite ROI — speed, accuracy, labor savings, and reduced rework.

Relationship Building

Foster strong relationships with customers by deeply understanding their business challenges and infrastructure workflows. Become a trusted advisor on automation adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Field/Ops to refine messaging, incorporate regional feedback, and ensure successful handoffs post-sale.

Qualifications

Experience

3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as:
  • Construction technology
  • Heavy civil / infrastructure
  • Surveying & geospatial
  • Heavy equipment
  • Renewable energy / solar EPC

Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of infrastructure and energy workflows, including:
  • Surveying & layout
  • Solar farm construction
  • Piling & earthworks
  • Civil infrastructure projects

Customer Profile

Experience selling into EPCs, developers, contractors, or surveying firms delivering large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects, ideally navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles across different countries.

Product Type

Comfortable selling a combined hardware + software / robotics solution. Able to translate automation, GNSS/GPS, or machine-control technology into clear operational value.

Startup DNA

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Self-directed and adaptable as we expand into new markets and verticals.

Communication

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident running demos in the field, on active job sites, and at trade shows across multiple countries and cultures.

Ownership

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with global teams.

Travel & Eligibility

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East and Europe
  • Must hold an additional passport beyond an Israeli passport to enable smooth regional travel
  • Comfortable spending significant time on active construction and solar project sites
  • PLUS: Additional European or regional language proficiency
