As our Mechanic Operations Manager in Paris, you will report into our Senior Operations Manager Paris and will:
Lead a local team: You will manage a local team of Mechanics and squad leads who serve our Paris members. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, develop and implement training programs and hire new team members.
Develop & optimize processes: Dance moves fast and does things at scale. You will design, optimise and implement local processes for the local team such as staff onboarding, workshop floor plans, shift management improvements, etc.
Analyze data: Monitor and analyze the performance of the mechanic team using key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency. Implement incentive systems to encourage exceptional result and rewards for high-performing mechanics.
Work in a team: Work closely with our central operations team and other city managers, as well as other teams like Software, Hardware, and Marketing, to help us refine our product and customer service offering.
To be successful in this role, you:
Have 3+ years experience in operations management, logistics, management consulting, growing a startup or similar experience.
Are a strong people manager who can develop, motivate and manage (blue collar) teams.
Have a data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking.
You are able to understand large sets of data, with great Google Sheet skills. Previous experience with SQL and Looker is a big plus
Have a hands-on mentality and do not shy away from getting your hands dirty.
Have strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
You are based in Paris, France and open to travel
You are fluent in English and French
