Description

We are looking for a full-time LPN passionate about all aspects of women’s health to provide remote patient care as part of an interdisciplinary care team and to serve as the first line of communication with patients in our clinical phone and messaging triage during office hours. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, loves women’s health and building relationships with patients, is an excellent critical thinker, problem-solver and communicator, and is able to multi-task easily.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the first line of call in clinical communications with patients, individualizing care within Diana Health guidelines/protocols
  • Triage calls and messages as appropriate to other care team members
  • Support completion of clinical paperwork for patients
  • Provide supportive education to patients
  • Additional clinical workflow tasks that arise to support practice operations as the need arises

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Experience in OB and/or women’s health is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an outpatient practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs
