Description

We are looking for a Consultant, with experience successfully building and scaling a virtual care program, to join our team as short-term consultant (~4-6 months) to help us expand our virtual offering across obstetrics and gynecological use cases. The Consultant will manage our overall program development and expansion, working cross-functionally with our product, clinical, operations, and marketing teams. Candidates should come with a mix of experience in product development, strategy, strategic operations and clinical programming roles. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working on a collaborative care team and be aligned with Diana Health’s values of empowering women and putting them at the center of decision making.

What you’ll do

Leverage and iterate on existing telehealth design work to roll-out and expand telehealth services across the organization:

  • Review existing program plans to scale our virtual service and identify opportunities for improvement in programming, workflow and in our digital environment
  • Work with cross functional leaders to update processes and procedures, as needed

Act as a cross-functional initiative owner for telehealth services:

  • Build a month on month work plan to ensure the organization is aligned on what needs to happen when to drive effective uptake of services
  • Track + update leadership team on all initiative and sub-initiative progress
  • Tracking detailed and high-level metrics to evaluate progress and to understand drivers of any performance gaps
  • Propose new sub-initiatives or tweaks to existing initiatives, as needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ year experience in product development, service design, and/or strategic operations
  • Experience in the healthcare services start-up space
  • Experience driving uptake of virtual care services
  • Demonstrated problem solving and communications skills
  • Excited about and ability to move from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves
