Role Description

We are looking for a mission-driven, energetic, and highly motivated Community Brand Ambassador to help us learn about the community and nurture a loyal following in Smyrna Tennessee and beyond.

We know that harnessing the power and support of local communities leads to better patient outcomes. We also know that word of mouth is the most powerful referral source for new Diana Health clients. Your job will be to harness your relationships and connections to develop and execute on our outreach and community building strategies in service of creating a loyal Diana Health following. You will also supplement your existing relationships in the community by building strong relationships with organizations and influencers whose clientele and/or followers may benefit from Diana Health’s services and/or where those relationships are clinically necessary.

Your goal is to raise awareness about our services and to build a community of loyal Diana Health supporters and clients by developing meaningful relationships with the people and organizations (e.g., doulas, local medical and wellness organizations, influencers, local businesses & organizations that are highly trafficked by women, local parent & family services groups and large employer groups). You will organize, host, and attend events that strengthen our partnerships in the local communities, create a strong referral community for new patients, and which drive a loyal client base.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a community outreach calendar
    • Identify local hubs of community activity (i.e., places where local women gather
      and share information)
    • Develop event timelines
    • Put together and manage an outreach calendar, updating plans as we test and

  • Build buzz around the Diana Health brand in Springfield Tennessee
    • Identify and build partnerships with key community/social outlets, local
      businesses, and local leaders in the community
    • e.g., doulas, local medical and wellness organizations, influencers, local
      businesses & organizations that are highly trafficked by women, local
      parent & family services groups and large employer groups
  • Plan, organize, and host events together with these partners at our center in
    Smyrna
    • Drop collateral at key locations around the community
    • Identify other hyperlocal marketing opportunities, as relevant
    • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or a role focused on relationship building in diverse Communities
  • Available some evenings and weekends for events

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both oral and written
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong project planning and organizational competency
  • Bonus: content creation / graphic design / social media experience
