Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time Senior Clinical Recruiter passionate about helping build people-focused clinical teams within a fast-growing company! This role is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle - including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates, as well as extending employment offers for both full-time and PRN Advanced Practice Providers in our practices across multiple states while ensuring a white glove experience through every step of the process.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage entire the recruiting process with key activities to include but not limited to:
    • Partnering with Recruitment and HR leadership on job descriptions and job postings
    • Sourcing passive candidates using Indeed, ACNM, Linkedin and other talent resources as well as eliciting referrals
    • Reviewing resumes and initiating contact with sourced candidates
    • Holding in-depth initial interviews to determine fit to each site’s specific requirements
    • Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
    • Developing and nurturing candidate pipelines
    • Collaborating with HR and Diana Health leadership on offer development and negotiation
  • Communicate with candidates frequently throughout the hiring process; escalate any questions or concerns to hiring managers, Recruitment, HR and Diana Health leadership as needed
  • Deliver routine and by-request hiring and candidate status reports and updates
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job description

Experience / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of clinical recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and women’s health (labor & delivery) Nurse Practitioners highly preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have worked in agency and corporate settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging ATS and CRM tools; ideally Greenhouse
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, sense of urgency and strong project management skills
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports and professional correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and clinical candidates
  • Ability to solve practical problems in situations where limited standardization exists
  • Must have the ability to multitask, manage multiple searches simultaneously and work well in a fast paced environment under time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to excel working independently and remotely
