Manager, Loan Servicing

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager to help build and lead our newly established CRE loan servicing platform. This individual will be responsible for developing core servicing processes and overseeing day-to-day administration of a growing portfolio of commercial real estate loans. Key responsibilities include establishing servicing workflows, managing payment processing and escrow administration, monitoring property-level performance, and ensuring timely tracking of borrower covenants, reporting requirements, and compliance items. The role will also oversee draw requests, leasing and operating updates, reserve disbursements, amendments, extensions, and other asset-level actions. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and analytical skills, hands-on experience in CRE loan servicing or asset management, and the ability to implement systems, controls, and reporting as the platform scales. This position offers the opportunity to shape the servicing function from the ground up and play a critical role in maintaining credit quality and portfolio performance.Interested?
