(Sr.) Enterprise Account Executive (w/m/d)

About the role:

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding key accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level customers, understanding their business needs, and proposing innovative solutions. This position requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations.

What you'll do:

  • You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding key accounts.
  • Ideally you join with your own book of business and a certain track record in a specific industry vertical.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining C-Level relationships with enterprise-level customers, understanding their business needs, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, business development and customer success teams, to deliver comprehensive sales solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide consultative advice to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Manage your robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue on a regular basis.

You'll be a great match for the position if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on technology solutions.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a highly competitive, digital sales environment (e.g. SaaS) or Consulting and a proven track-record with Germany‘s TOP 100 companies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in cloud computing, DaaS, or related technology domains (depending on your background).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with c-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • You speak German and English fluently.
