Working Student IT Support (w/m/d)

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Working Student IT Support. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of IT support while balancing your academic pursuits. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring their hardware, software, and network-related issues are resolved efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to our organisation's overall success.

What you'll do:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues,
  • Assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and system maintenance,
  • Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives,
  • Conduct hardware and software inventory management, including asset tagging, tracking, and maintenance,

What you’ll need:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Information Technology, computer Science, or a related field,
  • Fluency in English, German is a really big plus,
  • Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field,
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and helpdesk systems like Jira or Freshservice,
  • Good communication skills, self-responsible working, and a growth mindset.
