Responsibilities

Working in concert with the marketing team, you will liaise with product and sales teams to deliver content supporting EXO Travel’s overall marketing strategy through a number of core tasks including but not limited to:

 

  • Production of web, blog email-marketing content
  • Social media planning, posting and reporting
  • SEO Optimization
  • Management of digital assets
  • Production of web, blog email-marketing content
  • Creation of presentation and sales support materials
  • Liaising with internal departments and external contractors on marketing projects
  • Ensuring that brand and voice guidelines are strictly implemented
     

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to produce written content to a professional, native-English standard according voice guidelines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work reliably to meet tight deadlines in a hybrid or remote-working environment
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across departments and cultures.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, work towards long-term goals and have a strong sense of initiative
     

Skills

  • Aptitude with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, Dimensions as well as web-based platforms like Canva
  • Knowledge of destinations and travel trends within Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore Japan specifically) and/or Saudi Arabia
  • Experience using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Act-On, Active Campaign
  • Experience working in the marketing and/or travel industry
  • Knowledge of online technologies for marketing automation and reporting
