Responsibilities

  • Ensure all invoicing is done on time so revenues reported are complete and accurate.
  • Issue One SOA covering all destinations on time, so payments are not delayed.
  • Collections - ensure credit terms are observed and payments collected on time.
  • Record Payments - monitor bank accounts and ensure receipts accounted for correctly.
  • Handle queries about payment from clients/agents (if any).
  • Be responsible for all activities of receivable team.
  • Perform other duties requested.
  • Provide accounting data for sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance
  • Proven experience in Account Receivable for at least 3 years
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
  • Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.

  • Be able work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be able to maintain competencies, professional skills at work
  • Be able to work as a team, voluntary help your departmental co-workers
  • Be able to provide reliable accounting information
  • Be able to share ideas, make decisions and solve problems
