Harness is looking to empower experienced and talented tax advisors to establish their own practices. You will work directly with our team to build the tax practice you’ve envisioned for yourself. We will provide a full suite of time-saving technology, concierge-style human support, tailored client introductions and a community of tax professionals to guide you in establishing a successful and valuable practice.

You will:

Receive high-quality client introductions that match your experience and areas of specialty
Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients
Drive a world-class client experience
Operate and manage the tax compliance, tax planning, and additional advisory services for your practice
Prepare complex returns for both individual and entity taxpayers

The ideal candidate:

Has an entrepreneurial mindset
Has experience at a Top 50 tax firm with signing authority (manager or above)
Wants to start a tax practice with mitigated risk
Embodies the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Is able to build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients
Has substantial experience navigating complex tax scenarios with clients and guiding them with their tax planning and compliance needs
Has an existing book of business – preferred, but not required

Required experience:

Currently has the following licenses or designations: CPA, EA, LLM- tax, MST
At least 8 years of US tax experience
