Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Hospitality, located in Costa Rica. The Director of Hospitality will oversee daily operations in hospitality services, including food service, event management, and customer service. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, managing budgets, and driving sales to achieve financial targets. The Director will also be responsible for upholding the high standards of personalized and thoughtful service that HOLOS is known for.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Food Service and Customer Service
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Sales
- Proven ability in Event Management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Sales experience and the ability to support sales activities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work on-site in Costa Rica
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Comfortable living in a semi-remote rainforest location
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is an advantage
