Company Description
HOLOS Diamante is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial General Manager to run day-to-day operations of our flagship sanctuary in Costa Rica’s Diamante Valley. The GM will manage hospitality, teams, program delivery (retreats, residencies, events), real-estate/residency operations, and next phases of construction — while maintaining Holos’ regenerative, land-stewardship and ceremony-forward culture. The property spans ~200 acres of protected jungle and waterfalls and hosts transformational retreats and residential programs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Pérez Zeledón. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of retreats and residential programs. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating services, maintaining compliance with legal and safety standards, and enhancing overall guest experience. The role demands strategic planning, financial oversight, and fostering a positive working environment.
You will be the operational heart of Holos Diamante: making sure guests and resident-community experiences are exceptional, teams run smoothly, revenue streams (retreat bookings, events, lodging, land sales/residencies) scale, and construction/phasing happens with high quality and integrity. Your leadership will directly shape Holos’ reputation and growth as it scales into new nodes.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing hospitality operations and staff supervision
- Skills in strategic planning, financial oversight, and resource management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of legal compliance and safety standards in hospitality
- Background in wellness, personalized medicine, or psychedelic experiences is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
