Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of Growth who will have a rare early-stage opportunity to help the company scale revenue and market presence during a critical hypergrowth phase. Working side-by-side with the product, sales, and executive teams, this person will be a key driver of Koop’s go-to-market strategy and growth engine across the private and public sectors. Specifically, the candidate will:

Drive aggressive pipeline generation and revenue growth across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector customers
Design, execute, and optimize Koop’s end-to-end growth strategy across marketing, partnerships, and product-led channels
Build and scale repeatable demand generation programs targeting compliance, risk, and security leaders
Identify and test new acquisition channels, messaging strategies, and growth experiments to accelerate market penetration
Work closely with sales to maximize pipeline conversion, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal velocity
Partner with product to shape product-led growth strategies and ensure strong alignment between product capabilities and market demand
Build Koop’s brand presence and thought leadership within the GRC, compliance, and AI ecosystems
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to create tight feedback loops between users, product, and growth initiatives
Adapt quickly and lead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup environment
Demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

Job Requirements:

Experience leading growth, demand generation, or go-to-market functions at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup, ideally in GRC, compliance, security, govtech, or adjacent enterprise markets
Ability to identify and execute high-leverage growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Tremendous work ethic and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from strategy through execution

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles at a tech company
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth
Extreme attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Impeccable communication and writing skills
Outstanding project management and cross-functional leadership skills
