About Lazo
Lazo is building a tech-enabled back office for startups operating across the U.S, combining software + human expertise.
What you’ll do
Act as SME for US tax and international tax across the organization
Lead and mentor a tax senior and junior analyst team (Argentina-based)
Join client calls (sales + ongoing advisory)
Own and improve cross-border tax structures
Identify and implement process improvements & automation
Collaborate with product/ops to scale delivery
What we’re looking for
4–7 years in tax (international / cross-border preferred)
Experience reviewing work or mentoring juniors and seniors
CPA license
Comfortable speaking with clients
Strong problem-solving mindset
Interest in improving processes (not just executing)
Spanish (intermediate)
Nice to have
Exposure to startups / tech clients
Interest in AI / automation
