Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns and community strategies across all channels with a goal to grow followers and increase audience engagement
- Set, evaluate and report digital marketing KPIs / success metrics
- Define content calendar, coordinate ideation, planning and execution of projects and digital campaigns
- Manage and grow the social community and engagement
- Oversee all content materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, brand voice and tone
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to capitalize on opportunities to improve the social community
Requirements:
- You’re most likely someone who’s constantly scrolling through TikTok, IG, Facebook, YouTube or some new app you just found out about
- You are creative minded and digital savvy; your colleagues know you as a digital know-it-all
- You know exactly what TikTok, IG, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other hype digital experiences need to look good and engage a viewer
- You are experienced in performance marketing, mobile customer acquisition funnel and digital KPIs
- You collaborate with media agencies on social strategy & execution and have a good command of social media Analytics Tools
- You know your way around platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Panel, DV360, and can set up campaigns in those platforms
- You’re on top of every new development, format or platform and want to try it out immediately to see how it works for your brand
- You know how to implement the right media to perfectly communicate your brand’s vision
- Once you get to know a brand, you naturally take on their vision and tone of voice
- You’re able to prioritize, manage deadlines and plan your working time around it
- You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the advertising, marketing or communications industry, including solid experience for a mobile app company
- You’re fluent in English
