Requirements
- M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Computer / Electronics / Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics or other quantitative fields
- Understanding of the methods of modern product discovery and delivery.
- Fail first and experimentation mindset to understand problems, finding solutions and continuously improving existing products
- Care deeply about user experience and are passionate about problem solving
- Demonstrated strong understanding of user behavior and used the analysis of this behavior to champion the user at every step of our customers' journey
- Familiarity with using tracking, analytics data and (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel) tools to make product decisions
- Experience of finding and creating KPIs/success metrics for multiple products
- You are comfortable with numbers, metrics, and commercial terms such as LTV, MAU, or contribution margins as Loyalty and retention operate in a mix of product and business terms.
- 3+ years experience in product management/development
- (Nice to have) Experience with design tools and interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Origami, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Splitting your daily work between delivery and discovery working with the product team and stakeholders to understand what is the most impactful thing to do next
- Explore and learn from key competitors products in ours and related industries
- Being the advocator of your product, your customers, and the users within the company by ensuring that the right priorities are being worked on across the business and customer interests are appropriately represented
- Driving customer excellence by being responsible for effectively managing operational challenges with both third party and internal tools to ensure that these are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
- Develop the product strategy and long term roadmap with the product team.
- Develop business cases and make recommendations on product prioritisation.
- Define product success metrics, set and evaluate the KPIs in collaboration with the product team
- Collaborating closely with operation teams, engineers, and data experts being part of reaching our goals for hyper-scaling
