Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our product teams and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Guide product and strategic decisions with experimentation and in-depth analyses.
  • Extract, manipulate and visualize data to find and understand patterns.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to extract insights from the data and communicate findings.
  • Develop data models, define frontend and backend tracking events and transform those into insights.
  • Build action-oriented dashboards that help teams make data-driven decisions.
  • Working closely with our scientists and BI analysts.

Requirements:

  • M.S. or Bachelor's degree in (MIS, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields).
  • Proficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets.
  • Experience using business intelligence and data visualization platforms (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with solving data extraction and analysis related challenges in programming languages, such as Python or R.
  • Deep, practical understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • (Nice to have) Advance knowledge on Python.
  • (Nice to have) You have rolled-out a product analytics solution (Google Firebase) fostered adoption across an organisation.
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, metric design and development.
  • (Nice to have) Experience applying statistical techniques to business problems and driving results; linear and logistic regression.
