QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in relevant fields,
Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive/ management assistant position,
Detail-oriented and well organized,
Strong coordination skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, dynamic,
Is a good team player, with good time management skills,
Self-organized, and self-starter, and can initiate tasks,
Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Turkish and English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting and planning CEO's general agenda,
Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings and conferences,
Organizing meetings, meeting facilities, and taking care of follow-up activities,
Supporting the coordination of document traffic,
To manage the information flow in a timely and accurate manner,
Coordinating travel- accommodation arrangements,
