Marti invites applications from dynamic, innovative and highly motivated candidates for the following positions:

Qualifications;

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a fast-growing company
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Expertise in logical cash flow runway calculation, EBITDA Burn rate, cash burn rate, CAC, LTV, MRR, ARR calculations, and economic modeling.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Long-term capital planning and investment strategy for major growth or expansion initiatives.
  • Experience in audit, USGAAP processes and public company is preferrable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Responsibilities;

  • Providing strategic financial advice to founders and other C-level stakeholders, guiding them in decision-making processes.
  • Identifying continuous improvement projects focused on process automation, data analytics, cost optimization, and strategic growth;
  • Managing cashflow, including forecasting, working capital management, and maintaining banking relationships;
  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, highlighting key insights, and providing recommendations for improvement;
  • Driving the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing detailed variance analysis and key performance insights to the business;
  • Establishing strong working relationships with executive stakeholders and the operations team;
  • Coordinating with external auditors, local and international banks, and tax advisors to facilitate annual compliance obligations;
  • Monitoring and assisting in implementing internal audit processes to meet SOX requirements;
  • Drive digital transformation in financial operations, ensuring that the company leverages advanced analytics, automation, and ERP systems for more accurate financial modeling and reporting;
  • Lead and inspire a finance team to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.
