Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

Marti invites applications from dynamic, innovative and highly motivated candidates for the following position:

Job Description:

  • Help develop and implement overall investor relations strategy and policies in line with leading practices
  • Analyze financial and operational results and support the development of the “investment theme”; help create key messages and Q&A documents
  • Take active role in preparation of quarterly earnings announcement documents including investor presentation, press release
  • Analyze the potential investor base, help improve and diversify shareholder base
  • Administering and regularly updating investor relations websites, in English, to provide continuous information flow
  • Monitoring the company’s share performance regularly and performing comprehensive comparative analysis of sectoral peer performance
  • Coordinate sustainability reporting, aligning departmental goals with corporate sustainability strategy.
  • Help to prepare Board Meeting presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
  • Strong technical and analytical background with min 3 years of experience in investor relations and finance (equity research, private equity, corporate finance, audit etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results driven approach with the ability to deliver tasks at highest standards and pace under pressure
  • Fluency in English language (written and verbal) and computer literacy
  • Strong ability to research and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working approach,
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task in accuracy and work with cross-functional teams
