Founded in 2018, Marti is Türkiye’s leading mobility app, offering multiple transportation services to its riders. Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

Marti's vision is that everything on wheels will be electric and everything electric will be shareable. Since 2019, we have experienced significant growth and maintained robust unit economics year-round. Our goal is to expand our urban transportation services, introduce new environmentally sustainable and shared mobility options, and leverage our existing scale and customer base to offer technology-enabled services beyond transportation. Who you are:

You’re a digital-savvy brand marketer with a passion for content, creativity, and culture. You speak fluent Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and everything in between. You know how to build and manage digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and always-on content strategies that turn attention into brand love. You’re just as comfortable brainstorming with creatives as you are aligning with product or data teams. You believe that mobility is the future — and you want to help shape it.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Martı’s presence across all digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Build and execute content strategies that are data-informed, platform-native, and audience-driven.
  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations, content creators, and strategic partnerships that align with brand goals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the in-house creative team and external agencies to develop engaging, on-brand assets.
  • Monitor cultural trends and platform updates to keep Martı’s content relevant, real-time, and resonant.
  • Partner with product, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the board.
  • Track performance, report on KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Own and manage digital brand projects from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, legal, and tech teams to bring ideas to life.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital content, or creative strategy (agency or brand side).
  • A strong portfolio of content-led marketing campaigns and social media activations.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, and content production partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels and digital storytelling.
  • A creative thinker with a strong sense of brand voice, visual consistency, and cultural awareness.
  • A collaborative mindset — able to work across disciplines and bring people together to make things happen.
  • A natural project owner — detail-oriented, organized, and always on top of the brief.

  • Location: Maslak HQ, full-time, on-site
  • Reporting to: Brand Director
  • This is a single contributor role for now, with plans to expand into an executive team in the near future
