- We are looking for a highly driven marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in high-growth industries such as mobility, technology, consumer platforms, or fast-paced startup environments.
- A portfolio that reflects strong understanding of internet trends, memes, and cultural relevance
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with a knack for trend-driven content
- Experience briefing and working with videographers or creative teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive mindset
- Passion for creativity, pop culture, and producing content that resonates with large audiences
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strong experience in social media management with a clear focus on content ideation, creation, and execution, especially for Instagram and TikTok
- Responsible for developing creative content ideas, translating them into actionable briefs, and leading the production process with internal teams
- Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform dynamics, with the ability to quickly adapt and capitalize on emerging trends
- Ability to tailor content strategies to fit Martı’s brand identity, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Focused on driving organic follower growth, high reach, and engagement through innovative and trend-driven content
- Owns end-to-end social media planning, publishing, and performance tracking, with a strong emphasis on regular, structured, and insight-driven reporting
- Ability to analyze content performance deeply, extract actionable insights, and continuously optimize content strategy based on data
- Responsible for setting and tracking clear KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance, etc.) and sharing regular performance reports with key stakeholders
- Strong capability in real-time marketing, identifying and reacting to trends, moments, and cultural conversations quickly and creatively
- Experience collaborating closely with design, video teams
- Proven experience managing or coordinating content teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects
- Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Combines creative thinking with commercial awareness, understanding what drives both engagement and business impact
- Preferably experienced in app-based businesses or digital-first brands
