About the Role;
- We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to help us uncover growth opportunities across our passenger, driver, and marketplace funnels.
- You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to turn data into clear insights, better decisions, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do;
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and marketplace metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to track key growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Create user segments to support personalized campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Business teams to turn insights into action.
What You’ll Bring;
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, growth, product analytics, marketing analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and retention metrics.
- Good understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical thinking.
- Python or R skills for deeper analysis, automation, or modeling.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
Nice to Have;
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar product analytics tools.
- Experience with BigQuery, AWS Athena, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar BI/data tools.
- Experience in a B2C, mobile app, marketplace, mobility, fintech, or delivery environment.
