Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our clinical programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools.

The Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools role will have the critical responsibility for our Internal Tools Suite, which is used by our Implementation Teams and Clinical Programs teams to design, configure and maintain programs . As part of our Product team, you will work closely with multiple parts of the organization in this cross-functional role, including ongoing collaboration with our Clinical Programs, Design and Engineering teams, as well as supporting and engaging closely with our Customer Success and Implementations teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guiding and refining the vision and strategy for Internal Tools
  • Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of Product Managers, Designers and Engineers focused on developing and enhancing our Internal Tools
  • Ensuring that our Internal Tools meet the near-term needs of our teams as well as can support the rapid number of programs we are implementing and increasing patient volume
  • Partnering with engineering to define and prioritize features and improvements based on a deep understanding of our technical infrastructure and customer needs
  • Working with the Application Infrastructure team to ensure building of underlying systems that scale
  • Developing a highly modular, scalable and extensible solution that will allow even novice users and client teams to create and maintain clinical programs across a broad range of clinical use cases and service lines
  • Coordinating with Clinical Programs team on required functionality and enhancements used to design and implement programs, and with our Care Team Tools product team on the interfaces to setup and manage our care team-facing application

Qualifications (Required):

  • 3+ years experience working in a B2B/enterprise product role
  • Experience developing scalable products with complex backend systems
  • Track record of owning strategy for products/product suites
  • Strong 0 to 1 product and platform development experience

Memora is committed to the principle of pay equity and regularly assesses compensation across our U.S. work locations resulting in a standard pay range, typically updated each year. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role.

$170,000$200,000 USD
