Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Director, Clinical Operations.

The Director, Clinical Operations role will have the responsibility of ensuring delivery, clinical quality, and performance of our suite of in-depth clinical programs across our base of customers. The ideal candidate will have a metrics-driven approach to clinical program performance, experience building and leading a team of clinicians, a deep understanding of health system operations, and experience working with product, design and engineering teams. Additionally, this role will work closely with multiple other functions across our organization including client success, sales, and marketing to ensure that we are setting and meeting the program performance expectations of our customers and the market. Ideal candidates will not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to health care - looking to make a significant impact on health care delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and enable a team that will:
    • Meet with our clients to scope and identify goals, value prop, and expectations for new clinical products
    • Partner with Product Design to develop full end-to-end program messaging and build baseline program content (tips and surveys) into our internal tools
    • Serve as clinical SME design and implementation of programs, meeting with clients and going on-site when appropriate to evaluate client workflows and gather inputs to help design and configure our programs
    • Drive client change management through trainings and site visits to ensure frontline staff are excited about Memora and are enabled to best leverage our program as part of their daily work
    • Track and drive program optimization by partnering with Product, Design, IMs and CSEs to identifying opportunities for program modifications and facilitate cross-functional prioritization of identified improvements

Qualifications (Required):

  • Experience building and managing a team responsible for clinical operations ; ideally experience building and managing a team of clinicians
  • Experience partnering with a high functioning product team
  • Experience tracking and owning metrics/analytics across multiple programs and program managing optimization of these program metrics cross-functionally
  • Deep knowledge of hospital/clinical operations; experience of clinical operations and/or care delivery based in multiple years of experience in clinical practice treating patients in a large hospital setting and/or experience leading clinical operations at health systems and/or clinics
  • Experience in a client-facing role, specifically with health systems or digital health customers
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity and rapid decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, geared toward professional medical and corporate environments.
  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy and accountability

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • A medical degree, such as RN, NP, PA, MD, DO
  • Additional degrees such as MBA, MPH, or MHS
  • Prior experience in clinical quality and/or process improvement

This position offers remote flexibility allowing employees to work from home in any of the following hubs: Seattle, WA; Bay Area, CA; New York City, NY; and Chicago, IL.

Memora is committed to the principle of pay equity and regularly assesses compensation across our U.S. work locations resulting in a standard pay range, typically updated each year. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role.
Remote- U.S. Pay Range
$170,000$200,000 USD
