MongoDB is seeking a Sales Commissions Systems Analyst adept at translating business needs into technical solutions. As part of the Sales Commissions team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and configurations of our internal commission systems. The ideal candidate will also actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Exercising a high degree of autonomy, take responsibility for and see through to completion major commissions systems changes and enhancements, effectively coordinating business, development, administrative and vendor resources in order to achieve the desired outcome on time and within budget
Partner with the key stakeholders to identify, analyze and document new business requirements and translate them to functional system requirement specifications
Extensive experience creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirements, & accurately translating business requirements into system functionality requirements
Hands on plan configuration of Xactly Incent including formulas, rate tables, attainment measures, and commission rules
Provide escalated system support and troubleshoot issues for internal system administrative users in the Sales Commissions Team
Assist Commissions Analysts with plan letter issuance to meet plan publication deadline as needed
Perform other duties as requested

Required Abilities and Skills:

Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines with minimal supervision
Ability to work comfortably with technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and to document and execute system requirements
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or unique situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Education and Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience and/or certifications
3+ years of Systems Analyst experience
Certified Xactly Advanced Administrator preferred
Working knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes
In-depth knowledge of commission system configuration management and design
In-depth understanding of the movement of sets of data, master systems and downstream systems and the way data sets are related to one another
Experience integrating Xactly Incent with other applications
Experience with Xactly Connect highly preferred
