The database market is massive (IDC forecasts it to be $138 billion by 2026!) and MongoDB is at the head of its disruption. At MongoDB we are transforming industries and empowering developers to build amazing apps that people use every day. We are the leading modern data platform and the first database provider to IPO in over 20 years. Join our team and be at the forefront of innovation and creativity.

The Team

The Developer Productivity organization, which serves our entire engineering organization, strives to make developers at MongoDB more successful by constantly improving our development tools to help create and deliver high-quality software. This role is focused on Evergreen, our open-source continuous integration system, which runs 90,000 task hours per day across thousands of hosts through its user interface Spruce, as well as its log viewer Parsley.

The Evergreen UI team focuses on creating a positive user experience – in addition to creating, maintaining, and improving our UI pages, this includes writing efficient queries and helping to research and iterate on the best user experience for our features.

We have tons of interesting problems to solve with direct impact on our internal users. As we grow, we need engineering managers to help us structure the organization, improve technical processes, provide career mentorship, guide the product roadmap, and partner together with the organization to work on features that matter.

Although our product is used globally, we are committed to maintaining healthy work hours as part of our team culture, and ensuring this is communicated across the organization.
