We are hiring a Chief of Staff to support the CRO and the wider sales organization. This is a critical role, as this person is responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives and operational programs in close partnership with the CRO and other functional leaders across the company.

Specifically the responsibilities are:

  • Serving as strategic advisor and counsel to the CRO
  • Enabling the success of leadership teams and the sales force as a whole
  • Assuming day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks
  • Creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success

This person will be expected to work end-to-end on projects that include a broad range of operational decisions and initiatives, growth strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and driving executive communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Consequently, this is a unique opportunity as this role will give this person direct exposure to the CRO, global sales leaders and the wider executive team, and contribute to the company’s overall strategy and help drive its successful execution.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who is a strategic thinker, an effective influencer, has some degree of technical acumen and the ability to deeply understand our business and rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. The ideal candidate has a combination of strategy, sales and technology market experience and is able to thrive in high growth, fast-paced environments dealing with ambiguous and often complex problems. Excellent writing skills in English are required.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of sales strategy, sales operations, or management consulting experience preferred
  • Tech industry experience and leadership experience desirable (ideally B2B software)
  • Strong in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
  • Great relationship builder and able to connect with people reporting into the CRO and others across the organization to influence outcomes
  • Team player who can work with individuals from different backgrounds across the entire organization
  • Strong communicator (spoken and written)
  • Expands a team’s bandwidth by integrating themselves quickly and assessing issues that serve as barriers to operating at maximum effectiveness
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability married with a huge sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and support
  • Incredibly well organized
