We’re looking for a CX-focused content strategist with a strong background in information architecture and content development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience developing research-informed content types to inform and accelerate the customer journey. Our Sr. Content Strategist will work closely with our WW Customer Success Management Programs and delivery teams to create compelling content and orchestrated delivery tactics to drive measurable outcomes throughout the customer journey.

This role can based remotely out of North America


  • Lead the development of the WW CSM content strategy—including storytelling and messaging architecture, voice and tone, research synthesis, readout frameworks, and “closed loop” communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience lead to create cohesive CSM content experiences, including narrative strategy and voice and tone, across the customer journey
  • Lead and inform the creation of insights-informed content deliverables—including CSM assets, organizational enablement, internal and external readouts, quarterly and annual reports, ebooks, social media campaigns, blogs, and thought leadership
  • Co-design and facilitate workshops, surveys, and community engagements to collect data and build trust with customers, partners, and other key stakeholder groups
  • Serve as the content subject matter expert within the CSM team—providing messaging and narrative strategy, copyediting, and design support to other members of the team
  • Assess content discovery and planning needs, ensuring the right content activities are prioritized and executed aligned to our CSM customer engagement framework
  • Collaborate with CSM, design, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements, identify users' content needs, and align on business goals to create cohesive content experiences across the customer journey
  • Manage the CSM team editorial calendar and promotion schedule, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed to source or develop content
  • Develop and maintain content governance and maintenance program, ensuring content is current and aligned to the Citrix brand strategy

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Passion for storytelling and creating compelling audience-centric content with a knack for conveying complexity through simplicity
  • An understanding of information architecture, effective hierarchies, and the interplay between visual design and language throughout the customer journey
  • Self-starter that takes initiative for developing both strategy and execution plans with high attention to detail and delivery excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills that thrives working with diverse global teams and is able to organize multiple stakeholders’ feedback
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with the desire and patience to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals
  • Ability to remain calm and focused when handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment while still meeting deadlines with ease and accuracy
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience; knowledge of Citrix solutions a plus
