We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative to kickstart our Enterprise ISV GTM in India. The role focuses exclusively on engaging hyper-growth ISVs focussing on the India Enterprise market and helping them innovate, build their product and gain market share. You will be responsible for putting together the long-term strategy for MongoDB in the fast growing Indian ISV segment and executing daily to grow the business. The role covers the sell-to, sell-through and sell-with motion for all partners who signup with MongoDB as an ISV. In the role, you will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources.

Responsibilities

  • Put together a business plan kickstart our ISV GTM in India and identify + engage select ISVs that have high growth potential and deep end-customer relationships
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline within these ISV accounts
  • Team with all level of the ISV organization including C-level executives, product engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
  • Participate in our sales enablement training, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
  • Motivate a cross-functional team including enterprise sales, solution architects, professional services and alliances to deliver business growth for MongoDB and our ISV partners

Requirements

  • BA/BSc required
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on the ISV business
  • 14+ years of SaaS sales or building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • Experience developing detailed go to market plans with ISV partners
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology is a plus
  • Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
  • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware
  • Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database) and developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of MongoDB products
