Individuals in the Associate Relationship Account Manager role have a passion for technology and the ambition to dive head-first into new challenges. This is a brand new role at MongoDB, so we are looking for someone who can thrive with a high level of ambiguity and change while maintaining a customer centric approach and helping to build the program.
In this role you will act as the primary and often sole point of contact for a portfolio of 100-200 MongoDB customers, which typically spend below ~50k+ annually. As an Associate Relationship Account Manager you will be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal and everything in between.
