The GTM Initiatives team aligns with the Global GTM Enablement organization and, as a team, reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The team’s responsibilities include implementing and evolving our sales methodology, delivering relevant enablement & training programs, providing targeted coaching, optimizing sales resources, and equipping leadership with actionable insights. We constantly pilot and innovate our programs, leveraging technology, tools, and AI/ML to accelerate productivity. The GTM Enablement Program Manager is a featured part of the team designed to strategically improve the sales organization's performance. You will have a unique opportunity to work across multiple business units (i.e. GTM teams, Product, Sales Strategy etc.) to design and implement enablement programs for sales globally. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with GTM enablement teams to design a cohesive content strategy for the field.

This role is open in New York City, Chicago, Austin, and Boston with our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities include

  • Be a critical member of the GTM Initiatives Team supporting global programs
  • Design, develop, and execute GTM Enablement solutions that align with strategic initiatives and overall business goals
  • Managing global sales training programs and eLearning curriculum for the sales organization at large (e.g., Sales Kick Off)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program, process, and product updates (across Product, GTM, and Operations) by developing and implementing specialized training programs for global sales teams
  • Own the Seller’s learning experience by designing robust learning objectives and aligning KPIs for success measurement of learning programs
  • Establish relationships with Sales Leadership to translate feedback in clear and actionable ways
  • Optimize continuous learning ever-boarding initiatives, including sales process, sales methodologies, and programs
  • Production of in-person & virtual trainings with domain expertise and passion
  • Providing subject matter expertise to the field through both eLearning, remote learning and in-person sessions
  • Leverage our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity (Highspot, MindTickle, Salesloft)

Within 60 days, you’ll

  • Familiarize yourself with our business model, organizational structure, sales collateral, and the sales organization/leadership team
  • Attend new hire sales training to learn about MongoDB’s technology, what we sell, and how we sell
  • Gain competency with our sales enablement tools (Salesloft, Highspot, MindTickle) and content development process
  • Shadow a key enablement training and support the completion of ~30% of related tasks
  • Dive deep into team objectives and individual responsibilities
  • Be a major contributor to a strategic initiative, a net new training, or an initiative to optimize ongoing training

Within 120 Days, you’ll

  • Work with sales leadership to understand gaps and prioritize programs to develop and execute
  • Collaborate with the worldwide sales organization, Sales Leaders, and Executives to ensure the quality and execution of enablement programs are timely, relevant, and impactful

The ideal candidate will have...

  • 3+ years of sales enablement or project management experience
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience a plus (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting)
  • Ability to manage global, highly visible projects and timelines that span multiple teams and multiple resources
  • A high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • A relentless drive to ensure the best possible product is produced and pride of ownership
  • Exceptional communication skills in the areas of writing, editing, and presenting
  • Proven track record of building engaging and consumable training content optimized for retention
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of producing exceptional work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to network inside the company and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Experience with sales CMS and LMS tools (Highspot and MindTickle are a plus)
  • Exposure to SaaS business model, MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a plus

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$64,000$127,000 USD
