The database market is massive (the IDC estimates it to be $119B+ by 2025!) and MongoDB is at the head of its disruption. The MongoDB community is transforming industries and empowering developers to build amazing apps that people use every day. We are the leading modern data platform and the first database provider to IPO in over 20 years. Join our team and be at the forefront of innovation and creativity.

MongoDB is looking for a sharp and eager Product Manager to join our team and take on a key role in our Analytics & Enterprise Tools product organisation. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing engineering capability in Sydney, responsible for driving the future direction of the Atlas Charts product.

Atlas Charts is a modern data visualisation application that works natively with the MongoDB database. Charts is a key capability in the MongoDB Atlas cloud platform, fully developed by our team in Sydney.

  • Manage the backlog of user stories, ensuring they are complete and prioritised correctly
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers as work progresses, and make decisions on product behaviour to unblock the engineering process
  • Participate in key engineering ceremonies including standups, sprint planning and bug triages to act as the voice of the customer to the team
