MongoDB is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to support our growing company's needs. This role requires a solutions driven candidate, but also someone who is prepared to “roll up their sleeves” and be excited to create a brand new position. The role also requires interaction across the organization, globally and someone with strong communication skills both verbally and written. This role will be reporting functionally to the Director of Treasury. By joining the MongoDB Treasury team you will be gaining an enormous amount of experience while accelerating your career.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Shift: 2PM- 10PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in subsidiary funding processes, collaborating with the Senior Treasury Specialist to calculate entity positions, propose funding requirements, and initiate payment transactions
  • Administer Quarterly Cash Forecasting, maintaining and consolidating actual versus forecast reports
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasts, ensuring alignment with actual performance and supporting short-term and long-term reporting objectives
  • Manage bank account documentation, including opening and closing accounts, providing KYC documentation to banking partners, overseeing AML compliance for approvers, updating signatories, and maintaining global mandates
  • Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to establish new banking accounts, services, and address banking inquiries and related issues
  • Coordinate and oversee Treasury KPI reporting
  • Assist the Treasury team in implementation of cash management restructures and technology projects
  • Handle ad-hoc Treasury optimization projects and resolve queries as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in corporate treasury or related fields
  • Cash management, banking, and/or financial markets experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Think creatively, are highly driven, and skilled at creating structure in situations that are uncertain or ambiguous within a rapidly growing business
  • Demonstrated the ability to roll up your sleeves and work with team members, driving projects through to completion
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
