We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Bengaluru for our hybrid working model.

Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize data to solve complex business challenges and make process improvements
  • Act as an expert in data lakes/warehouses
  • Break down data silos using ETL and APIs
  • Own the reporting and analytics platforms and architecture
  • Develop AI/ML models for forecasting and resource utilization
  • Manage internal applications and tools built for data collection
  • Have a strong understanding of the internal sales platforms

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a data scientist/engineer and developer
  • Proven experience implementing large-scale data science projects from beginning to end
  • Proficient in Python for ML and Javascript for application development
  • Expertise in SQL, data lake or data warehousing, and data modeling (ideally 2 out of the 3)
  • Experience working with MongoDB, BigQuery, BigQuery ML, Looker Studio, or VertexAI
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Xactly preferred but not required
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - the proven ability to interact with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions
  • Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively
