Our Sales Strategy and Planning team, part of the broader Sales Operations group reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), is dedicated to empowering our Sales team to act and grow more efficiently. We serve as business partners to the Sales Organization, focusing on a variety of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing inefficient business processes, piloting new sales roles, addressing obstacles in the sales process, and deriving meaningful insights from sales data.
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the expanding Sales Strategy & Planning function, specifically partnering with the Pacific Rim sales leadership. The Pacific Rim region, which falls under the APAC umbrella, includes China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea. This area represents a growing market for MongoDB, driven by both direct sales and key partnerships with local cloud vendors.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with the sales team while driving strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. In addition to core sales strategy functions, this position will also provide support for the China partner business.
