About the role

MongoDB는 전략적인 파트너십을 통해 비즈니스를 함께 성장시킬 열정과 추진력을 가진 결과 지향적인 파트너 영업 전문가를 모시고 있습니다. Principal Partner Specialist는 한국 시장에서 영향력이 큰 SI 파트너 전략을 수립하고 실행하며, 새로운 사업 기회를 만들어내는 탄탄한 파트너 관계를 구축하고 발전시킵니다.
이 역할은 주요 파트너 및 세일즈 팀과 긴밀하게 협력하여 거래를 가속화하고, 파트너의 역량을 확장하며, 빠르게 성장하는 시장에서 MongoDB의 입지를 강화하는 데 중점을 두게 됩니다.

우리의 하이브리드 업무 방침에 따라 대한민국 서울 오피스로 출퇴근이 가능하신 분을 모시고자 합니다. (서울시 강남구 영동대로 517 아셈타워)

What you will be doing

한국 시장 내 전략적 SI 파트너 전략 개발 및 실행 (i.e., Samsung SDS, Hyundai Autoever, LG CNS, SK C&C, Deloitte, EY, PwC, Infosys, TCS, Wipro 등 로컬 및 글로벌 SI 포함)
성장 기회를 창출하고 상호 이익을 만드는 효과적인 파트너 관계 발굴 및 육성
로컬 및 글로벌 시스템 통합업체(SIs)와 ISV 파트너를 통한 영업 파이프라인 발굴, 잠재 고객 식별·검증 및 개발
엔터프라이즈 세일즈 팀과 협력해 월·분기·연간 매출 목표 달성 및 초과 달성
전략적 SI 파트너와의 협력 주도, 영업·프리세일즈·서비스 전달 역량을 강화하고 인증을 확보하도록 지원
마케팅, 파트너 프로그램, 파트너 인에이블먼트, 커스터머 석세스, 솔루션 컨설팅 등 다양한 팀과 협업하여 파이프라인 생성 및 거래 진행 촉진
Sales Bootcamp, 심화 세일즈 교육, 리더십·역량 개발 프로그램 등 다양한 교육 참여

복잡한 매트릭스 구조의 환경에서 10년 이상의 클라우드 파트너(CSPs), 글로벌·국내 시스템 통합업체(SIs), 독립 소프트웨어 공급업체(ISVs)를 통한 채널 혹은 파트너 영업 경험
우수한 한국어 및 영어 활용 능력

About the role

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented professional with the passion and initiative to grow our business through strategic partner relationships. The Principal Partner Specialist focuses on executing high-impact SI partner strategies across Korea, developing and nurturing partnerships that open new revenue opportunities. You’ll work closely with leading partners and our sales teams to accelerate deals, expand partner capabilities, and strengthen MongoDB’s presence in this dynamic market.
