What you will be doing
- Senior Enterprise Account Executive와 협력하여 아이디어 발굴부터 기회 검증 및 후속 단계까지 인바운드·아웃바운드 캠페인 기획 및 실행
- 영업 접근 방식과 MongoDB 제품에 대한 심층 이해도 구축
- 전화, 이메일 등 다양한 채널을 통해 IT 및 비즈니스 의사결정자와 소통
- 고객의 제품 활용도를 높이고 비즈니스 목표 달성 및 성장 전략 지원을 위한 신뢰할 수 있는 어드바이저 역할 수행
- 초기 단계의 기회를 발굴·육성하여 장기적인 영업 파이프라인 구축
- 기존 고객 내에서 새로운 활용 사례를 발굴하고 기능 도입을 촉진하여 추가 사용량 확장 및 고객 유지율 향상
- 마케팅 팀과 협력하여 세미나 운영, 전시회 참여, 기타 마케팅 관련 이벤트 지원
- 현재 직무에서 성공하고 향후 경력 발전에 필요한 역량을 개발하기 위해 자기계발에 투자
- 12~24개월간 인사이드 세일즈 및 비즈니스 개발 업무를 경험한 후 필드 세일즈(Field Sales) 조직으로 성장 기회 제공
What you bring to the table
- 영업 또는 고객 대응 업무 3년 이상 경력 (데이터베이스 또는 소프트웨어 분야 경험 우대)
- 능숙한 한국어 및 영어 활용 능력
- 경쟁이 치열한 환경에서 지속적으로 목표를 초과 달성한 경험 (상위 10% 성과자 우대)
- 현대자동차그룹 또는 유사 대기업 고객 관리 경험자 우대

About the role
We’re seeking a hardworking Associate Account Executive to assist in new business acquisition and drive additional consumption among our strategic customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Enterprise Account Executive and partner with other internal teams to accelerate business growth and deliver solutions that best serve our customers at MongoDB.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Seoul for our hybrid working model.
What you will be doing
- Partner with the Senior Enterprise Account Executive to design and execute inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualification and beyond
- Build strong knowledge of our sales approach and products
- Engage IT and business decision-makers via phone, email, and other channels
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers increase product engagement, achieve business objectives, and support their growth strategies
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to build a strong future pipeline
- Drive additional consumption and retention within existing accounts by identifying new use cases and promoting feature adoption
- Work closely with Marketing teams to run seminars, support trade shows, and participate in other marketing-related events
- Invest in your professional development, focusing on skills that will help you excel in your current role and prepare for future success
- This is a 12-24 month inside sales and business development role with an expected path into our field sales organization
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role; background in database or software preferred
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals in a competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Ideally, experience working with accounts such as Hyundai Motor Group or similar large enterprises
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working to a quota within a commission-based structure
- Proficiency with Salesforce
